It has become an annual event for Rotary Club of Kampong Baharu to extend the joy of celebrating Hari Raya with the under privilege children. Last Sunday on 21st. September 2008 the members of Rotary Club of Kampong Baharu took 46 children from Al-Munirah Welfare Home in Klang for Hari Raya shopping at Jaya Jusco , Klang.
Since most of the children had never done hari raya shopping before so they were assisted by a group of volunteers who acted as their foster parent for the day. The joy reflected on the children faces make the effort worth while.

Md Shah, what a coincidence! I was also posting an article about my grandson's school giving free Hari Raya clothes to their needy students. Keep up the good work, Rotary CLub.
